but, please tell me you haven't already ordered. if you haven't, and they aren't being helpful, that should tell you something right there. If I email a question and they take their sweet time responding (if they do at all) then I won't give my business to them. to me, that shows that they aren't interested in customer service/opinion and may take their sweet time doing other things too (like sending you your stuff).... that is, if they send it at all.
