i read autoblog & jalopnik via an online RSS aggregator called bloglines.
if you're unfamiliar with aggregators, essentially they get the content from a site that publishes it's articles as an RSS feed (like autoblog & jalopnik do) and you can view all the articles from a bunch of different sites in one web page, and it keeps track of what you've read already.
it's addictive... i'm currently at 47 feeds, and that's after i've cut back a little.
