Howdy all.

I just finished installing new calipers/lines in all corners, and have started to bleed the brakes.

I went around all four corners three (3) times starting from farthest to master cylinder to clostest WITH THE CAR OFF. I am positive there is no more air in the lines now.

My question is, do I need to start the car and/or have it running while bleeding one more time? I'm thinking I may have to do this because of the vacume assist.

Once again, the pedal feels nice and stiff with the car OFF, everything is bleeded well. But will this all change the first time I fire the car?

Any help with this would be great, and I'll post some pics of the set-up once I finish this.

Thanks!

Sorry, I can't offer any help on this, but I do have a question for you. Do you have ABS? I remember reading a while back in my service manual that ABS equipped vehicles should only be bled at the dealer with a special system to prevent any air getting into the system. Can anyone comment on this? Thanks!
