Borla or magnaflow

Looking at the trubendz borla or magnaflow 2.25 inch. Which one is louder and do they give just about the same hp, and if so how much hp is that?

The Magnaflow is the quieter of the two

Borla is louder, but sounds good. I recommend fully.
