Well, I got the new gaskets (thanks bandit) and i hope they solve my worries, because this thing was pretty bad this weekend. I had to go on a long highway trip, and the constant highway drone of me going 75-80 was rediculous. I'd like to take a sound clip so people could feel my pain. I really cant wait to put those new gaskets in, if they dont solve the problem i dont know what i'm going to do. Maybe sell it??! UGH...anyway, if your thinking about bosal dont listen to me yet, its probably still good, just i got a bad one. I feel like a jackass too because i've installed like tons of exhuasts in my time, and loved all of them (never had a leak either!).
FIGURES.....

I've had my Bosal on since early June 2001 and have not noticed any problems with sound, vibration, etc... if anything it just sounds better.

Yeah has to be some kinda problem. I have made many long trips with my Bosal and no drone here. You'll like it after you get it figured out. One thing though, while installing mine I started and rev'd the car without the last canister on and it sounded the same with it! Must be for looks only.

I had a 87 Escort GT. That car had a factory header much like the SVT. When the exhaust needed replacement I tried to go w/out it for a couple days, open header, nothing behind it
. Talk about deafening! Totally untolerable...
