Bosal Install - Pics, Video, Sound clips

Ok so the Bosal is on, and I love it. The sound is great, a nice low tone, not raspy or ricey at all. The sound is noticeable in low rpms, and when shifting through the gears. On the highway, @70mph 3k rpms with the windows down, you hear a very very slight drone. Roll up the windows and its gone. This exhaust is definitely for those who want some sound, but stil want a car that wont be annoying on long trips. As far as performance, I noticed an increase in acceleration, nothing amazing, but it's definitely there. Here are a few pix, i have many more, in full size. I will also link to a sound clip of the exhaust for those who are curious and i have a video of the full install if anyone is interested. The install took about 30minutes, on a lift.

It hangs a little low on the car, so i zip tied it up, which pulled it a little to the right.. so now i need to adjust it to the left.. Its already been adjusted, just not in this pic.

And here is a 2meg Video of the exhaust sound.

Chris please don't tell me you paid someone to install your exhaust. Looks good, hope to see more of your car at our G2G's and dyno days.

You have a PM also.

Nice job, I want one!

He got it from McNew's automotive. It is a full cat-back replacement.

Did you get the old exhaust out in one piece, or is that just the way the photo angle makes it look? I thought the exhaust had to be cut out (or most of the rear suspension taken apart)...

Man that sounds nice. I'm sold. On the install, is there a way to adjust the system so it doesn't hang so low? I could live with it but with my drop I would prefer the final resonator to rest a little higher.

Thanks for the post, BTW. Solid info, pics, sound byte. Well done.

Who can argue w/ the best??

The rear tip can be raised w/ zip-ties if you'd like it to sit higher.
The only way to get the factory system off w/o cutting is to take apart the rear suspension.
