I just did the rear ones alittle while ago. A dremel with a small cut-off wheel is invaluable for this. The bolts replace the top bolt on the rear nuckle that the freakazoid wavy s-bar thingy attaches too. I just grinded the topmost weld and hammered on the nut and pried it back and fourth to break the lower hard to get to weld. Then just grinded the any welds flush and spray painted the area once I removed the nut.

If your talking about the rear camber bolts they replace the outer bolt on the upper control arm. You have to remove the existing bolt then grind or cut off the nut, best to do with a dremel tool and cut off wheel. then simply replace what you just removed with your new eccentric bolt and nut as per the instructions that should have accompanied your bolts....good luck
