See if you can PM P-51. I recalled he had a lens go a few years ago. He should be able to give a suggestion where to get a replacement.

Hey thanks for that, called them up this morning and its already being shipped out today.

just a note to others is that the lense isn't replaceable, you have to buy teh whole light assembly to fix it, $58.00 for the low beam, which I guess isnt bad but still sucks.

I take it you've had to replace yours as well? its really not that big of a deal as i was expecting to pay around $50 just for the lense. I just didnt want to have to replace the whole light.

I had to replace both of the low beams on my hella composites, the bag o hardware was too small so I just zip tied them into place. I m not too far from susquahanna motorsports (rallylights.com) and I have been meaning to bring this to their attention. There is a ball that goes into a socket and the socket sits in a plastic seat, the seats that come with the 90mm projectors are too small compared to the stock ones supplied by Hella. If you can get the stock seats out without destroying them you are a better man than I.

I overtightned mine when i was adjusting them and one of the balls popped out of the socket. So maybe that would work again, just tighten till it pops through.
To put it back in I used a C clamp. One end on the end of the screw towards the engine bay and the other side of the clamp centered on the socket. So that way only the socket and screw are involved and no stress on the housing.
