Bug Guts bonded to bumper

I have recently washed/waxed my '00 Autumn Orange ZX3, and it looks great except the front bumper has bug guts on it that simply won't come off. Any suggestions?

get a sea sponge that they sell at home depo to sponge rooms or a Cars safe scrub brush. Takes em off every time or try turtle waxes bug and tar remover that stuff is good 2.
