Well the E-brake locks the non-driving wheels up. SO the driving wheels start to turn but the others dont. this cause the suspension to compress. If he were to give it a lot of gas at once, im sure it would spin the tires. In a manual, you can probly lock the brake and then drop the clutch while the RPMS are at a descent speed. This is not a good thing to do but it would probly spin the tires to. I would know, i havent tried it. L8er jon
