What is the order that you tighten the main caps for the cams. I went to focushacks, but the info was no longer there.

Hope this helps:

Ensuring that each cap is kept square to the cylinder head as it is tightened down and working the sequence shown, tighten the camshaft bearing cap bolts slowly and by one turn at a time, until each cap touches the cylinder head.

Camshaft bearing tighening sequence:

5 4 3 2 1

10 9 8 7 6
Camgears will be at your left while standing in front of the car looking down on the engine.

I didn't change any. Unless your car has a lot of mileage I wouldn't worry about it.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">I installed my cams at 24000 miles. Seals were in good enough condition to re-use. Just be careful.

Yeah, but I'm just buying some in case I need them. If I don't, I'll just return them.
Same thing with the cam gear bolts.
