I am hoping to add Crane Stg 2's and the Bosal cat (if is ever comes out

). I have two questions, how much do these cams go for? I can't seem to find prices anywhere. And do I have to use premium fuel with these cams?

What is all involved in replacing stock cam gears with adjustable ones? I heard talk of haveing to go to a dyno? What is that all about? Do I have to, I would rather not be too hard on my tires.
