Ok, I am a little unknowledgable about cams... What do the grind settings mean? Whats the difference between Kent vs. Crane vs. crower? Will a turboed or supercharged engine need diff cams? thanks.

i can answer part of that and leave the rest for the gurus.
crane cams tend to have better mid-range power and torque. crowers tend to make their power (good power it is) high up, like above 5000.

as for needing different cams for FI, i believe the answer is "yes, possibly." i think you dont want aggressive cams with much overlap because you're trying to cram air into the cylinder.

Various Grinds for Cams can vary in many many ways. They basically control the duration and the length of the valve opening and closing.
The degrees 290 , 272 etc etc indicate the lenght of time the cam lobe will open.
The .373 means how much lift the valve will have...

The more it opens the more air goes in....and goes out
