I'm looking at getting an SCTX3, but I just want to know if it can code read other makes as well? It would add a lot of value if it could check my friends Civic etc. Also, would I have to revert my car to stock to read other cars? Thanks.

You can only do one car at a time...
Flash the SVT back to stock and the sct unlocks itself. you can do that 3 times before you have to send it to sct and pay them to unlock it.

Our SCT is just for the Ford marquee vehicles, as Randy has posted.
