Damn escorts can run forever, forget about Honda's
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Say that to my 81 accord that I traded in for $2500 in 97. It had 348,000 on it. Was on it's second transmission (replaced at 225K), and otherwise all other mechanical stuff lasted the life of the car -- replaceables like brake pads/rotors, spark plugs, tires, etc excluded. I never even cracked the valve cover off the engine. I have a 95 escort with 110K on it, on it's second motor, second clutch. I still love the escort but I miss the accord sometimes. I traded it in after a semi ran me off the road but she still purred like a kitten, just had some highway rail damage to one side of the car.
