Anyone know where the cheapest place for Crower (or similar) rods is???

I know Focus Central used to do them cheap, but now they are $600+

Anyone else know of any suppliers?

Cheers!

Cheapest place I've found on the net is http://www.importperformanceparts.net/

crowers 639
eagles 324
manley 569
pauter 695

IMO eagles are all you need unless you're puttin down 400+. If you break/bend eagles, you're doin something wrong enough to break/bend crowers in my opinion. U do get what you pay for, but I'm gettin the eagles. good luck

Eagle rods are 4340 steel. I would (personally) stick with Eagle for N/A, but for FI I would use Crower. This is just because I have heard they are stronger. If you are serious, then do the research and find out. (IMO it's half the fun)

Tome DOESNT use the Eaggles. This is what he tole me: The Eagle rods are just fine for up to about 250-300 whp Eagles are what I have waiting to go into my new motor
I would LOVE the Corwers but for $300 diff. in price the Eagles will fit me just fine

Tom told me he uses eagle rods in his motors. I thought he said he uses it in his own too.
