I have a 02 zx3, and I have gutted out my cat. I bought a mil. eliminator from focus central, and my light is still on. Can anyone tell me why? I have a cold air induction, a straight through exhaust, diablo sport chip, and a 170 degree thermostat. If any of that has to do with it.

goto autozone and get it scanned, i have heard them mil eliminators are a hit and miss type thing, sometimes they work, sometimes they dont.

Just get your chip reburned to get rid of the cel for headers

Did you Disconnect the Battery for about 15 minutes to Reset the Computer?
That MIGHT be it....

the cheat doesn't always work.. the best advice is to get a race header program for a chip.... then it doesn't even bother!

I had this problem too. I disconnect the battery for a while then reconnect it, wallahhh.... CEL is gone.

Make sure your gas cap is all the way tight.
