He then changes his mind and decides he wants the money back. Meanwhile I am missing work and dealing with the difficult situation of my father in the hospital from a stroke (please, no pity) I work out a deal WITH HIM AGREEING, that I would sell the kit locally and I would pay him once I sell it. It didnt sell overnight, I didnt know that was a problem for you? If I was on a timeline noone let me know.

Now then, please let me know how YOU of all people were getting involved with me and "my drama" as far as you can remember?

I was a top 20 dealer for several companies last year. I must be doing something right, but I digress, that is not the issue at hand.


When your car died on you in the Mall of Georgia parking lot, you had no money, and needed it running to go look for a job, I was there for you. I spent over 7 hours troubleshooting the fuel and electrical issues on your car. I replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor, and the fuel pressure regulator, which were fried by the JRSC Black box. At that point, the black box was done (common issue, even documented several times on these very forums), it had caused damage to your car, only a fool would have put it back on there to do MORE damage. I got your car running, with a drivable tune. I explained to you that it was temporary, and then we needed to get injectors and possibly a massair meter to get the car running right. But it was safe for you to drive around for job interviews, as I promised you it would be. There are SEVERAL witnesses to that fact.

So at that point, you owed me $1035. That was at the Team SR labor rate, the actual cost (no markup) on the sensor and regulator, and a discount on the Xcal1. That didnt even cover the datalogging time to get the tune to where it was (didnt get the dyno time, as I knew you couldnt afford it). It also didnt cover me repairing the wiring you chopped on your gauge pods/pillar (as Bobbie and Rock stated was what happened) and other little issues I repaired as I had the car there, figuring I was doing you a favor.

Several people rode in your car after that work, it was running fine, slightly lean, though safe enough for it be driven with the blower on it. As long as it wasnt raced (WOT) or beat on. I was informed by several of your IA buddies, that your car was a regular on N.Brown for a bit after the blow up between us.

On your manifold, that was placed in the JRSC box after the install, along with all the Jackson paperwork. I believe you gave that to William, might want to check with him on that. Oh wait, do even speak with him anymore either?

On your alternator, the stator coming apart in the first one was no fault of mine. How you can think to blame that on me is beyond my comprehension.

You told me, and several others (was posted on the SR forum as a matter of fact), about Joe at Knowledge putting the Xcal1 in a box and sending it back to me, even had Will as a "witness". Which I never recieved.
The funny thing about that is, I have spoken with Joe, at Balanced when Ed Sempf tuned his RSX to pass emissions. Nice professional shop owner, has to go to ANOTHER tuner to tune his OWN car. Regardless, he bluntly stated that he never even touched that tuner, that William was using a space in the shop to work on your car.
The classic ending to this part of the story? Aric Carrion told me that he loaded the tune he worked up, on the same Xcal1 you bought from me, as he saw the sticker on the back of the tuner. That was AFTER you stated it had been sent back to me by Joe at Knowledge.
Now here is the real kicker to all this:
A kid in Kennesaw contacted 2 months ago with the intention getting an Xcal1 unlocked by SCT, that he had purchased FROM YOU with the JRSC tuning on it, but that had never had the stock file returned to your SVT. He even told me that my calibration sticker was on the back of the Xcal1, and that YOU TOLD HIM TO CALL ME TO GET IT DONE.

I did the work on your car, and you promised to pay me as soon as you got back to work. In return for my good faith and trust in our friendship, you intentionally avoided me, didnt pay me, and tried to cover your tracks with slander and personal attacks against myself and my business.

In response to the comment about going to a "forum moderator", I did contact Gwinnett county to file a mechanics lein on your car.
Since they couldnt get anyone to sign for it at your parents house (only address I had) and since no one would tell me where you had moved to, there was no one to serve the paperwork, thus it was dropped.

Give me ONE example of when I half assed anything on my car or put any sub-par parts on my SVT. Everything on there was the best of the best, none of the e-bay specials you put on your shop rides, or crappy custom jobs. The Autometer gauges were new IN THE BOX when I brought them to you!! I have had to poke my head in there several times when you were a moderator for SR. Also 9 times out of 10 when there was a problem in SR you were involved. Everytime there was a problem you were in the middle of it. :dunno:

 

I know this is something I should probably be keeping my ass out of, but it'd probably be nice if this wasn't around for everyone and their dog (well, I have a bird not a dog not that that matters) to read. Seems like most of this stuff is issues between the four of you and shouldn't be in a mass forum as it doesn't directly relate. Just an idea as I only read the first few posts and at a glance it looks like it's gotten a billion times more heated. Just a suggestion.

 

The only real problems we've had was when I was messing w/ a woman already involved in a relationship, and the bickering back and forth with red headed monkeys every so often.. There is a lot of issues that should not have been brought online, as they were started without Focaljet in mind.. but by no part of my own, they were. I fail to see how that is any fault of my own, whether or not it involved me. please explain
