First and foremost, your slanderous comments about my business are absolutely ludicrous. I am a sponsor on several websites, and my customer feedback and reviews are for the most point, flawless. I was a top 20 dealer for several companies last year. I must be doing something right, but I digress, that is not the issue at hand.
When your car died on you in the Mall of Georgia parking lot
Stop right there. You ever wonder WHY it died in the parking lot/street/gas station/driveway or anywhere else?? Because you were a half ass mechanic who didn’t know what he was doing on a boosted car. I wasn’t the only one that felt this way Wayne, people that are on your little forum today, were the same ones saying I was a fool for believing in you.

I spent over 7 hours troubleshooting the fuel and electrical issues on your car.
Hmm, lets do a little math here… 7 hours that you “worked” on my car, divided by the 14 days you had it before you turned it into me for another day or 2.. Is this the wonderful feedback you have on your website?

I replaced the fuel rail pressure sensor, and the fuel pressure regulator, which were fried by the JRSC Black box. At that point, the black box was done (common issue, even documented several times on these very forums), it had caused damage to your car, only a fool would have put it back on there to do MORE damage. I got your car running, with a drivable tune.
Yea, you got it running, against what I agreed to, with one of your then prototype SCT tunes from what was recommended to you, to run on my car. You want to tell me when you put my car on a dyno for a REAL tune? A real Dyno wayne, not a butt dyno, not a “seat of your pants” feel as I always got from you when I asked for the results. I agreed to the bigger injectors/MAF route. You called me one night talking about you did the most wonderful thing by putting an SCT tune on there, when I told you from the start, I DID NOT WANT YOUR GARAGE TUNE, I WANTED A REAL DYNO TUNE ON MY BOOSTED CAR. PERIOD. Did you really expect a tune in your garage would get my car running decent? Honestly, is that what went through your head? That may have worked if I had some I/E/H setup, but I was running boost man!! Who told you this was going to work? Please let me know when I agreed to have you put an SCT tune on my car? Please, let me know Wayne. Last time I checked you had to notify a customer and have an agreement before performing any work on a car. On those grounds alone I don't owe you any "data logging" fees. BTW, data logging doesn't mean let me run WOT on a back road and see what I can adjust on the fly. Aric got some good laughs out of my stories on your "tuning"

So at that point, you owed me $1035. That was at the Team SR labor rate, the actual cost (no markup) on the sensor and regulator, and a discount on the Xcal1. That didnt even cover the datalogging time to get the tune to where it was (didnt get the dyno time, as I knew you couldnt afford it). It also didnt cover me repairing the wiring you chopped on your gauge pods/pillar (as Bobbie and Rock stated was what happened) and other little issues I repaired as I had the car there, figuring I was doing you a favor.
Give me ONE example of when I half assed anything on my car or put any sub-par parts on my SVT. Everything on there was the best of the best, none of the e-bay specials you put on your shop rides, or crappy custom jobs. The Autometer gauges were new IN THE BOX when I brought them to you!! Don’t try and save face by telling me you did me a favor! And for your information I’m talking about the lines coming from my supercharger, smart one.

Several people rode in your car after that work, it was running fine, slightly lean, though safe enough for it be driven with the blower on it. As long as it wasnt raced (WOT) or beat on. I was informed by several of your IA buddies, that your car was a regular on N.Brown for a bit after the blow up between us.
You call 9:1 SLIGHTLY lean?? LOL… What I do with my car AFTER an excellent tune from Aric, is not your concern. My car could barely get from point A to B with your work, much less run on any street or track! Aric stated he’s surprised with the crap I had on my ECu I didn’t blow my internals. Before him, you were the only one to touch my car.

On your manifold, that was placed in the JRSC box after the install, along with all the Jackson paperwork. I believe you gave that to William, might want to check with him on that. Oh wait, do even speak with him anymore either?
Me and Will have the same relationship we’ve always had – I call him, he calls me, then a few months go by, and the same thing happens. Nothing ordinary friends don’t do.. Question is, do YOU still speak with him?? Who else are you still on speaking terms with, if anyone??

On your alternator, the stator coming apart in the first one was no fault of mine. How you can think to blame that on me is beyond my comprehension.
The second one was due to heat failure, caused by the heat from the JRSC. I suppose since you bought it, but it was installed in my garage, I am to blame for that too?
The starter is my bad too? Even though, when the car died on you in the MOG parking lot, and after you got it towed to your friends house down the street, you told me that you had been messing with it and trying to get it started yourself for over 2 weeks before you called me. So, that means the starter was run until the battery killed off several times, but I am to blame for it being bad?
Nobody messed with anything other then you Wayne. Believe me or not, I don’t really care anymore. You were the only one with hands on that car, period. If you want to make yourself feel better, go ahead. Not once while all this was happening with my car did you stop and say “damn Ricky, I don’t know what I’m doing” or “hey your car seems to have this wrong with it, why not go to a shop or lets fabricate something to FIX the problem” All you had was your hand out, ready to keep accepting payment when something else went wrong.

As far as Joes springs, they sat in my storage, along with other parts that people had left in my garage. I sold some, and threw some away when I cleaned out the storage. Which set was his, I honestly dont know. I do have 3 more sets of SVT springs sitting here now. If Joe wants a set, I will be MORE than happy to send him a set of these.
Do the people that you took these from know that you are now offering them for sale? Please don’t try and save face by telling me about his situation and what you have for him, Joe is the one that won’t do business with you again. Send him an email.

You told me, and several others (was posted on the SR forum as a matter of fact), about Joe at Knowledge putting the Xcal1 in a box and sending it back to me, even had Will as a "witness". Which I never recieved. .
Joe never saw my car at Knowledge, because Joe was bought out before they moved to their new shop in Woodstock. Get your facts straight homey. The last time Joe saw my car was when we all went up for a dyno day to their old shop, and you won the award with “leanest car” remember that? Please, don’t make things up and assume them as truth.

The classic ending to this part of the story? Aric Carrion told me that he loaded the tune he worked up, on the same Xcal1 you bought from me, as he saw the sticker on the back of the tuner. That was AFTER you stated it had been sent back to me by Joe at Knowledge.
Aric tuned my car at Ford right after I limped it to him from your “garage”, Knowledge wasn’t until a few weeks later, when they installed a stronger clutch. It was there that the tuner was sent to you. Again, get your facts right please. You’re looking like a fool.

In response to the comment about going to a "forum moderator", I did contact Gwinnett county to file a mechanics lein on your car. Since they couldnt get anyone to sign for it at your parents house (only address I had) and since no one would tell me where you had moved to, there was no one to serve the paperwork, thus it was dropped.
Why not talk to your private investigator Ryan? With all the information he has why not get it  a mechanics lien, get outta here with that nonsense. Where is any paperwork man?? Please, show me ONE document I signed?? Show me an invoice you ever gave me (besides some MS Paint invoice you emailed me) Don’t feed me garbage lines, I don’t believe it and bottom line I DON’T OWE YOU A DIME. You want to meet me, get my Dunleaf address from your P.I. so we can setup a “payment plan”
