I keep hearing that Crane has better low down torque and Crower has better high end HP. Would you peeps post your dyno sheets (again) so I can see for myself......
Enough of the opinion..... Lets see the facts...... We've all seen dyno sheets of the Crowers, lets now see some dyno sheets with the Cranes.

Here is a partial list of intake cams for various Zetecs to get you started. When I have time to lookup exhaust cam info I will also post it here.

ZX2 stock: 214 deg @ 0.050, 0.367" lift

Crower B1587: 220 deg @ 0.050, 0.373" lift
Crane F-218/390: 218 deg @ 0.050, 0.390" lift
Crower B1588: 228 deg @ 0.050, 0.392" lift
Crower B1589: 236 deg @ 0.050, 0.413" lift

Cam dyno numbers are impressive for an engine that has stock internals.

Focus Zetec stock cams:
Intake: 206 deg @ 0.050, 0.353" lift
Exhaust: 205 deg @ 0.050, 0.343" lift

Crane 223-0012 cams:
Intake: 214 deg @ 0.050, 0.382" lift
Exhaust: 210 deg @ 0.050, 0.374" lift

Lift is not excessive, and I would expect decent valve spring life for a street driven car.

Good show and thanks for the dyno data.
