I have never posted pics of my Focus on rig's yet, but me and my brother just bought this truck for Christmass. $33,000 with 8,000 miles on it. It has a aftermarket Paxton SC running 8 lbs. boost. Dynoed at 670 WHP. I went to the rich neighbor's house who owns a lot of land, and made some passes with the gtech pro rr with correct weight, and calibrated right. 1/4 mile 12.78 ET 119.31 M.P.H. 60 FT. 2.185 330 FT. 5.724 SEC 1/8 8.499 ET 91.4 m.p.h 1000 ft. 10.826 ET 0-60 m.ph. 4.463 sec. The truck is sick fast, and I believe a 12.0 is possible with slicks at the track. We put sand bags in the back for better traction, and it went a second faster.

I had to shift to 5 gear right at the end of the quarter. I Might need to change the gears, but front shocks first. I just paid off my FS/VR SC for the Foucs, and If I can get it to run that fast eventually with my motor being built to handle it. I can't wait!!! O yea one thing the truck handles like junk, and I can see why they can be easily wrecked.

The guy I bought it from also had a Viper supercharged. His wife said one or the other, so He kept the Viper. I talked him down from $38,000. I may sell it, but have fun first of course.

Badass.

Who's going to get to drive it though? Will you just split it?

I'd make it my daily driver. Forget the enviroment, I'd rather pay for 8mpg and be able to have 700hp on tap.

Very impressive truck and you bought it at a great price too.

Yea, were going to split it. My brother lives in N.Y., but mooving back in the Summer. I can't drive it untill I find some methonal, or some negative 25 or better washer fluid used for running advanced timing, and it get's sucked throught the intake fast. The front end is way heavy, and I'm thinking about bolting some lead under the rear end. I have been way out of control a few times, and I'm starting to think why did I buy it:lol:

If the handling characteristics are anything like the viper, nothing will help you. Those cars are damn near undriveable. We tried a million and one things to get ours to stop going in circles when you give it gas. The only thing that worked was trading it for a 911.

I think you should put a big fat huge tall wing on the back to gain some more traction. One like that car had in "Cars", like seven wings in one.
