does anyone live in SJ, Monterey, or Goleta and want a lil $$$?

OK-

So now that frush has so graciously helped me find the truck i want in Watsonville, i need to get from the airport to the dealership somehow. being the awesome guy he is, frush offered to help out on Sunday, but i think i need to get there on Saturday bc doing all the paperwork stuff AND driving home to SD in 1 day would be real rough. I could rent a car or something, but I figured why not see if any of my FJ familia could drive me around like Miss Daisy for a couple extra bucks?

I could fly into SJ, Monterey, or Goleta and would need to go to 555 Auto Center Dr in Watsonville, CA. I'd like to catch a flight that would get me up there sometime before noon. I would prefer SJ bc it's a cheaper flight, but I'll take any help I can get.

I can offer gas $$$, lunch, sparkling conversation, and a big "thank you" to anyone who can help me out.

You're gonna wanna fly in to San Jose. Cheapest and closest flight.

Flying to Goleta would be pointless... you're still 3 1/2 hours away.

You're gonna wanna fly in to San Jose. Cheapest and closest flight.

Flying to Goleta would be pointless... you're still 3 1/2 hours away.

crap. not Goleta....uhm...what's it called?.........Gilroy! That's It!

yeah, i'm thinking SJ will be my best bet just bc it's a cheaper flight and quicker. to get to monterey, i have to fly to SF and then take a flight down to Monterey. how stupid is that?

ugh. i'm a retard. i meant Salinas. i really don't know HOW i screwed that one up.

anywho, Katie and i have come to a very good deal for both of us. is there any love greater than the brotherhood of [FJ]? well, except for the promise of cheap car parts, no.

no, Katie's getting teh mad hook-ups on my old wheels for this one. $350 for a set of (5) Konig Holes (one was never mounted) and 711s with good tread? yeah, that's love baby!

Man you're really stretching it... why on earth are you considering flying into these ass crack airports.

You're gonna pay WAY OUT THE ASS in airfare.

Do this:

Fly to San Jose, rent a car one way. Drop it off in W-town. You'll end up paying less than flying into Salinas... considering you'd have to charter a flight. Monterey? You're paying $375 cheapest.

San Jose can be had for like $150 if not cheaper.
