My fiance is pretty much settled on it, but we just thought of something....its a turbo I4, does it need high octane fuel? Some sites say no, some say it needs 91, some say it works satisfactorily on either. Anyone know?
Correct the new ones run on regular gas and no longer need premium gas.Osiris said:First year does. The newer ones don't.

"Minimum fuel rating Regular Unleaded (87 Octane) Recommended fuel Premium (91 - 93 Octane)"
Not to be a dick, but it literally took me all of ten seconds.
Generally, most cars that "recommend" 91 will run on 87 just fine. From what I read the cost savings is not always worth it though....nstiesi said:Well, Richard, I had read that too.....but alot of the motor trend type sites and car reviews specified 91 octane only. In light of multiple contradicting statements, I thought I would ask the Jet, lol.
