My check engine light came on a little while ago, so I hooked up an obdII reader and I got a P1401 code. I looked through some older threads and saw that the sensor seems to go bad often, but I'm not experiencing any of the problems associated with a bad sensor. What could be causing the high input reading?

BTW, the only mods I have are an FS cool-flo and Borla exhaust.
