I had my car dyno tuned in 103 degree heat and it made 123 wheel hp and 126 wheel torque. It may be a dumb question but could the car be tuned in all that heat and then out of tune when the wheather cools down? or will the MAF make the changes? In normal wheather could my car acually have more wheel ponies then 123? Any input would be great.

I don't know if this helps, but my last dyno was off because my Girl has been driving my car and the mechanic said that it could be because the computer learned her driving and tuned itself to it. In which case if that is true then maybe your computer will correct itself in different weather and everything will be dandy.

If it was a dyno jet dyno ,,they have a correction factor for temp.

so if you tune it in 105 or 55 it should be the same
