E-Spec Hellas wont turn off when car is off

I am having a real weird problem guys. When I turn my lights on drive around and then park the car, turn the lights off and then turn the car off my hellas are staying on. I dont understand what is the problem. I play with the light switch going "ON" and "OFF" over and over and nothing seems to happen. The only way to get them off is unplug the lights while Im not using the car so the battery doesnt wear out. Does anyone know what the problem could be.

HOw long after you installed them did this start happening?

I have had these lights on my car for a year now, and it just happened that time and recently it happened again.
