How can I delete the EGR without deleting the actual tube for inspection purposes?

Will I still pass a sniffer emissions test with it deleted?

my EGR is deleted and i passed inspection. you would prob need to get a tune to turn off the MIL. i know in NY if you have no MIL you pass. idk how extensive the visual inspection is but i dont think they will even know it was there.

umm i think you can weld a penny to where the tube attaches to the header. or go to a metal shop and pick up some scrap steel and use that.

don't forget to plug the hoses and stuff too

I did the golf tee thing that is posted on focus hacks this weekend and it worked like a charm. and it will stay that way until i can remove all the egr associated hardware and get some SCT goodness

Well, if the plug is 2$ even w/ tax, it costs $1.98 less...
