Looks like Tony D at NewEdge Performance has a better price, plus he's a sponsor here on FocalJet.

He's got all the parts listed seperately. The "Pro System Plus" may be even a bit less, I'm not sure. All 3 components of the "Plus" package look to add up to $755 if my math was right. That's with the Sportline springs. Add $15 for the Pro kit springs.

Tire Rack ($715 on the site
) and Discount Tire (call for price) also carry the Eibach parts and good prices and are also sponsors.

As for using it for autocrossing, I have no personal experience. I remember reading a long time ago that a few people weren't that impressed with it, but I've also seen posts where people have been happy with the kit (though I'm not sure if they were autocrossing or using it on track for lapping days, etc.).

i would be one of those people. the prokit is good for a nice drop and a little better handling. however, for whatever reason (the spring rates, the progressive springs, the dampining, etc.) it just doesn't work that well at autoX. when i first got my prokit and started autoXing i thought it was pretty good (i didn't really have any experience with any other kits at the time) until i got a ride in an h&r race spring/koni equipped zx3. almost immediately i felt the difference and i didn't like going back to my car. a good bang for your buck set up would be the apex kit with a progress rear bar for about $550ish.

Apex kit rules. I loooovvvveee it.

Stuck like glue, quite stiff, and the perfect drop (in my opinion anyway.)

well see another reason that i wanted the pro system plus kit is because it (supposedly i guess) provided good handling w/civilized ride quality. Im a working college student, and the car is my daily driver, and will see WAY more normal street use then it will autox, which i'll prolly only do a few times a year. are those kits u mentioned really rough for daily driving?
not really. the eibach kit had a *little* better ride to it but the handling benifits of the apex kit easily outweigh it. if you have ever ridden in an SVTF the apex kit is a little stiffer than that. unless the roads you drive on resemble those in bosnia, you shouldn't have a problem with the ride quality.

I have no complaints at all with the daily ride quality. It's a tiny litte bit bouncy at times, but it's nothing to get upset about.
I had the kit for a while and it is NOT suited for competive driving!

you don't like the apex? hmm....i was startin to sway away from eibach and toward apex. Does the apex kit have everything the eibach pro system plus kit has (coil springs, dampers, front and rear antiroll bars, polyurethane bushings)???
I think ENZI was talking about the Eibach kit, but it'd be best for him to clarify.

I believe the Apex kit only has springs and shocks/struts.
enzi said in bright red he wants to trade out his apex kit...but yeah please clarify lol. also, has anyone had experience w/focus centrals front brake kit? i'm def gonna need some more stopping power than what the factory brakes offer...
Yes, he wants to trade them for even stiffer springs. LOL. I wouldn't advise anybody to get the H&R Race springs unless they knew what they were getting themselves into. Still, clarification would be good.

Are you talking about Focus Central's combo of slotted rotors and brake pads? I'm not sure what the pads are, and I wouldn't even consider ordering a set of brake pads without researching compounds and knowing exactly what I was getting (unless I was looking for quick and dirty OEM replacements, then I'd go with a quality pad that was labeled as an "OEM Equivalent"). The slotting and drilling issue has been discussed many times (but not in the suspension forum, you should check Wheels/Tires/Brakes as well as AutoX/Track for that info). It's a bit contreversial, though.

Oops, My bad I thought I had pressed the quote button. Yes I was referring to the Eibach kit. The APEX springs are a bit stiffer than the Eibach pro spring but I looking for something along the lines of the H&R Race springs w/ a 1.8" drop to match up with my Koni's!
I'm a track monkey what can I say?!
