Hey doods, seems like I read a post a while back that explained how to get your car to tell you what's wrong. Seems like it would blink a light or something on the dash display that you count the times and it'd tell you the code number. Am I high? If so, and it's been asked before, please excuse, I couldn't find it in a search. Thanks

not really worth it. it's cool though

Hold down the trip reset button for ten seconds while the car is off

After 10 seconds, (still holding the reset button) start your car.

Your gauges should sweep and then you'll be in diag mode.

The result codes aren't that important. It's better to get it scanned at autozone.

ax0n created this one and I have been hosting it on my website for about a year or so, so that it would be readily available for myself and others who may want it.
