You can do the same thing with a few things fom Radio Shack.

 

Several years ago I used the PA setup thru a CB radio to supplement the horn a few times.

...but in general, this will have a dilemma with noise polution. Because if radios are considered too loud, then i dont kno how this can be allowed. (especially because u KNO people will be pressing the horn just to hear it...like they already do with cell phones and ringers)

it would take no time at all to find an MP3 of an emergency vehicle's siren...

I see red when someone plays their ringtone just for the sake of hearing it. I just want to do terrible things to them, and not terrible in the 'naughty' sense either.

 

my friend just put a train horn on his bronco. one day he was playing with it, and a train from the station 3 miles away started hitting its own horn. It's a good thing he never uses it on the road, people would die. Good point about the emergency vehicle mp3 thing, btw.
