Well have you determined exactly where the leak is? If its just the nut being loose, than try to bend it a little so that it takes some of the pressure off the flange and retighten it. If not I'm sure you could take it to a muffler shop and have them spot weld it for like 20 bucks, muffler shops are normally pretty kewl about stuff like that, at least I have found...peace
In that case, it sounds like JBWeld is in Order.
Find the leak, and take your time, pretending you're an artist, being very careful to ONLY seal the leak.
