Well I finally received it today and put it on, here are my thoughts:
Positive:
Perfect fit
All bolts and gaskets included
High quality part
Damn, does it feel good at speed, much better acceleration now

Negative:
Louder and a little raspy
Sounds like a Honda now

Overall, I love it but I am now going to order the quiet pipe from FS as with my other mods, I know I will get busted the next time I pass a cop without my clutch in

Now I know how everyone with a RT cat feels

I would still like to see test results from all 3 manufactures though

Good to hear someone has one installed now.

Mine first batch are set to arrive tomorrow, watch for a special MAC or JBA street header, FC hi-flo cat, flexpipe combo deal to follow soon after

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">What kind of exhaust do you have? One of my friends with a Magnaflow just installed an FC cat and it sounds good. It was a little buzzy at first but that went away after a few days, I guess that's because it flows more air.

And the question I always have to ask:

Does it use the support bracket located just behind the oil pan?

Couple more:

What type of gasket does it use for the collector? Is it the stock one, or do you use a high-temp RTV/gasket maker?

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial">Get the manifold while them Ford dealerships still have them.
You'll never know when they will stop production of the manifold.

Once you get that, THEN you can purchase the high flow cat of your choice.

Phocus; The bracket you are talking about, if you mean where the cat connects to the flex pipe yes it does, I did not reuse the band that went around the main body though.

Killer; I have the regular Focus Sport exhaust on now, who knows, mabye today it will be a little less buzzy? But I still want the quiet upgrade though.

Infared; As Hi-Risk stated; get the manifold first, who knows, mabye by then someone will have done the comparison by then.

Auto-X; Thanks, I e-mailed ya, and no, not yet.

Everyone; whatever cat you get, get one
I only went with FC because of their outstanding customer support whih the chip I brought from them
