Did anyone watch the race last night on speed channel?
It was the most the amazing race of the season (even Qualifying!) and a spectacular showcase of talent from Kimi Raikkonnen and McLaren, starting from last place and stealing 1st place on the last lap of the race.

Is anyone else sick of Takuma Sato? This guy should be should be shot in the face, first he takes out Schumi in Belgium and now Jarno Trulli in Japan, I'm not even mentioning the events from last year.

His partner, Jenson Button, also gets on my nerves, he's all talk and no walk, now going for his 100th Grand Prix without a win. If you ask him, it's never his fault: "Slow car", "Crappy Tires", "alien conspirancy", etc.

I am happy on Mark Webber's performance, he and BMW Williams raced for a strong fourth place. I was actually hoping that he would hold off Alonzo and get a podium finish.

The race leaves Renault two points ahead of McLaren in the constructors championship, all I hope is that Montoya doesn't crash again (Villenueve, damn you canadian!) and gets me another 1,2 finish for McLaren.

Grand Prix of China next week!

I knew Kimi was either going to pass Fisi or he was going to end up in the gravel traps. And yeah I'm also tired of seeing "Crashuma", why Honda seems to be intent on helping this guy so much is beyond me. That guy Yoshimoto who drove the Friday car for Jordan looks better, he had better times than both of the regular Jordan drivers.

I thought it was funny when I saw Matchett on Wind Tunnel last night quoting Jarno Trulli: "I saw Sato in my mirrors and I knew it was all over"

.

I'm not a big fan of Webber either, he's almost as bad. You always seeing him harp about safety on the track and then he does something stupid and dangerous ie blocking Alonso at Suzuka.

Oh well, in the end it was an awesome race. That pass at 130r by Alonso on Schumi was brilliant as well.
