F150 question

hope im not out of line by asking a question about my work truck but if i am i understand. 1993 F150 5.0 V8 Automatic 143k miles stalls out once or twice on cold start-up. The check engine light comes on also but then goes out. Any thoughts? I had a diagnostic run on it today and they found nothing. Considering the mileage I suspected maybe a sensor or something because it doesn't really need a tune up as it had one about 10-12k ago. Could it be the fuel injectors need cleaning?

noresull bump
Considering the mileage, possibly an IAC (idle air control valve)....Motorcraft part# CX-1828...
approx. $137.00 USD (MSRP).

thanks for the answer guys. roughly, where is it located and is it a decent job or one left to a pro? thanks again
The IAC is located on top of the intake manifold and is replaced by unplugging it, unscrewing 2 bolts, remove the IAC, and re-install new one with new gasket.
