Anybody who installed this have any problems? The new crank pulley fits inside of the plastic timing gear cover which keeps you from getting the accessory belt on there. Do you grind it down or just not use that plastic cover?
is the plastic cover for the pullies really needed? I just took mine off cause it was broken and was floppin' around in there. its off right now..does this really matter too much? Lots of engines don't have this cover...so I'm thinking I'm straight?
