First of all, is it true that non-graduated licence drivers can't get cars older than 10 years insured and is a 1986 Toyota MR2 for $3,500(CND) a good deal?

Might be my first car.

I dont know about the laws in Canada, but the car COULD be a deal if in excellent condition.
Sounds pricey to me, tho.

in Pennsylvania that's definitely not the case, about cars older than 10 years. but i dunno about Canada.

an 86 MR2, that'll be a fun first car. my friend had one, and it was pretty reliable, but honestly i can't comment on that with too much experience
