I bought a RS repica front bumper made of fiberglass and am getting some cold feet. I can get it all painted for like $250 bucks which is not a problem but how long will it last before it cracks? Does fiberglass really suck and should I not do it? Please let me know if I should go through with this or save my money and sell.

hey Doogie, fiberglass sux

now, how much ya want to sell it to me for

seriously though, fiberglass is fine if made in a quality manner (not skimpin on the glass and/or too thin) look at all the Corvettes still runnin' 'round.

like any bumper whether it is steel, fiberglass, or urethane, they all will crack, scratch, pit, discolor, so-on etc. if ya don't take care of it.

That's pretty understandable and what I kinda was looking for.

Ohhhhhhh.. i want to see it!
I think I saw one on ebay or something for like $300. I got mine for $200 and that kinda freaked me out. I thought it was too good to be true.
