clean as in stock? i think its great that people like to shar their rides, but that is nothing more than a run of the mill focus that i would see on the highway everyday.

 

Maybe he has a 351 windsor stuffed in there; you never know. Anyway, it looks good, I like the color a lot. I suggest you limit your exterior mods and focus (ha) on power. Get some nice complimenting rims and lower it, and it should look 50x better.

 

How often do you see an LX with anything other than the 14" steelies that came on them. I'm sorry I'm a poor college student, but I do what I can with what I have, I'm working on paying off debt before doing anything major.

It is lowered, that is the most recent thing that I've done, Eibach Pro-System. I wish I had a 351 or a 5.0 cammer under the hood, but no such luck. Thanks for the good comments too, btw.

I hate when people rag on someone for posting pics of a stock car, I think its nice to see a stock car because shows where we all started and reminds us of why we are here on the 'jet, because we love that stock car this tool is ragging on...I like the pro kit man, looks good, smart man to be payin off debt before you start more Keep it lookin good :thumbup: What kinda bulbs are you running/how do you like them. They give that blue hue inside the reflector like the APC ones i have in my stockers

Yeah it sits nice, i had to double take because of the distance of the first pic, i was thinking "boy that sits low for stock" then i saw the next couple pics and realized it was lowered

well, no need for that. didn't ask for a suggestion but you sure as hell can give your opinon. stock? so what? doesn't matter. this is a place to show pride in what you've accomplished on your vehicle. even if purchacing is the first or even only accomplishment

man, i was running my ride like that for a while. lowered, no exterior mods, yet i had everything going for me under the hood. stock-looking cars are always the best in my opinion. leaves you wondering what is in it that makes it go so fast. keep it up man. like some of these guys said, concentrate more on your power mods than exterior.

 

If that an LX id say it looks great! I like the stock 16's and the spoiler sets it off just right, Thumbs up to you for putting school before your car.

Thanks . Yeah, definitely an LX, SPI and all. Although it came with the spoiler and I picked up the wheels and tires with about 5k miles on them for $300.

I'm with focus_guy here, it's hard to pay for school and still have money left over to throw at the Focus on things other than normal maintenance/wear and tear when you drive a whole lot all the time. The wheels look nice bro, I'm thinking about picking up a set of those to powdercoat gunmetal for summer wheels until I can save up some cash for some Rotas :thumbup:

the 16's dont look that bad at all when you lower it that much... looks nice...
my one tip... tint the windows it doesnt cost that much and cleans it up a little bit...

 

tint the windows and the tails, i am a fan of tinted tails that are NOT black, just less red looking. I like the rain forest green, I think it is the most mature (in a good way) focus color out there. congrats!

 

looks good. now get some rims, tires, paint up the brakes, tint the windows, mach hids, and a hofele grill and youll be set. but hey its just my opinion LOL

Get yourself some Philips high intensity halogen bulbs (best $15 I've ever spent) to make everything more visible at night.
Then I'd save up for a swaybar to further improve the handling characteristics.
Don't forget the swiss cheese airbox mod

 

looks good man. I can't give ya any suggestions other than whats already been said. We all at one point owned a nearly stock or completely stock focus. Be careful of the modding bug, its been known to steal the priorties of completely rational people!
