Hmm... I like this idea Todd.

I have a TON of spare parts, stock and some aftermarket, even a complete car that will be for sale early spring. Like you, space is limited for me as well. Maybe we could combine this with one of the other swap meets like Stafford. Would give us more to look at than just Focus parts and also open our parts up to a lot more people. Nothing says we couldn't sit together and have a small cookout, etc.

It seems to me that engaging Foci owners specifically would be the most mutually beneficial.

Would we have to pay to go to Stafford? I would like to avoid paying...

Stafford or lake compounce swapmeet are 10 bucks if memory serves which is really worth it when you come right down to it. If you guys were to get a booth i think its 40 something. Split between 3-4 guys...it might make it worth it.

I'd be happy to arrive with a pile of parts, and just leave. I dont know if i have much left, but i am still finding myself with boxes of parts.

If this is the case, we should definitely do this at my house

Joking aside, I am cheap. And I am okay with that. Though I am planning on doing a few projects on my car this year, and if I could trade with local jetters for parts, that would be a good arrangement (hopefully for everyone).

I am not a big fan of going to a larger swap meet...because I will spend more money to get there, to rent space, and on crap that I really don't need. Plus, I can't think that there is a huge market for performance Focus parts outside of FJ and FF...those that are interested have already found those places....

Yea, good points Todd. I'm down to meet up wherever around CT/MA/RI. I have so many parts I need to get rid of if they don't go with the car. Like Ray, I'd like to leave them in a good home and not take them back with me.

This is so true. I go to the Comcast Swap Meet in the spring, and the Thompson Swap Meet in the fall. For the last three years I've seen 1 hood, 1 stock grill, 1 set of crappy aftermarket headlights, 1 set of taillights, 1 set of stock wheels. I've seen other stuff that may fit ( wheels ) but not much Focus specific

Okay, so it sounds like there is a good amount of support for this.

Looks like Tyler needs a Sunday.

I know Matt and I have spring break the same week, that will prbably be a good time on my end (and I assume Matt's). How does March 24th sound? That is Palm Sunday, so if that isn't ideal we can definitely rethink the date.

alt needing a rebuild
new moog balljoints/ tierods/ some poly stuff for the sway I think

Im sure theres more.. meet would be awesome
