I have Focus Central Toe Adjusters on the rear of my car. They have developed some sloop in the turn buckles. It is enough that if I jack up my car I can wiggle my rear wheel about 1/8". This causes a knocking sound to come from the back of my car. Does anyone know where I can get replacement turnbuckles??

They aren't "turnbuckles", they are called spherical rod ends.
Available through Summit Racing, Jegs, etc.
First, make sure all the jam nuts are tight. Second, make sure the chassis mounting bolts are torqued to spec. I had to shim my mounts because the spacers supplied weren't long enough.
hope this helps.
