Hi,
I'm rebuilding a 2003 Focus ZX5 SVT for my daughter (it had a broken timing chain). I purchased a 2002 ZX3 SVT as a parts car, mainly for the cylinder head, but discovered it was equipped with a JRSC (JRSC was removed before I got it) and several other mods, including a 67mm BBK Throttle Body, OBX Header, and an aftermarket cat, resonator, muffler, and tip.
I'm not very familiar with exhaust systems, but I've read that the OBX header might cause lean issues on an untuned car due to increased flow.
My questions are:
Any recommendations would be helpful.
Thank you,
Lance

My questions are:
- The exhaust system will fit the car I'm rebuilding, but is it safe to use without harming the engine? If so, how can I achieve a good, tolerable sound for daily driving? I was considering using the stock header with heat wrap, connecting it to the aftermarket off-road pipe, cat, resonator, and muffler.
- Can I install the 66mm PowePlus BBK Throttle Body without causing adverse effects to the vehicle?
Any recommendations would be helpful.
