Most likely not and I believe you're in for a lot of long hours of dremmel work. Talk to CTZX3
if you have not ordered it yet they will fix it up for you at a cost

its already ordered and thanks for the info .. also am i going to notice a nice gain with this mani..
depends on what you got done to help it loose about 10 ftlbs of torque but gain 15 hp
i have f/c race header, bosal flex pipe, borl a exhausst, head ported and polished, deck milled, crane stage 2 cams, aem cam gears, ford racing pulley, aem intake, bbk throttle body, buying pro m mass air unit ,30 lb injectors, fuel rail, intake mani, scremin demon coilpak and wires,.. all those are getting put on when i put the intake mani on... im also going turbo and i herd that the ford racing one with longer runners will give me more tork then the f/c one... again i need some more advice about this whole thing .. thanks

THe real reason that the focus central manifold isnt worth much is that they couldnt make the bends to make the runners a little longer. Its hard to make bends in composite that are the same size all the way through. No matter how much they try to dispute it the FR is pretty much superior in every way sub 6000 rpms and equal 6000-7500 or damn near it.

pro m mass air unit ,30 lb injectors
if your going turbo why get the smaller injectors those are not going to be big enough for the turbo.
...head ported and polished, deck milled, crane stage 2 cams...
also, if you are going turbo, these could cause problems. What is your compression witht he milled head? When I was going through the decision making process between turbo and NA, I spoke with tom and others at length about cam selection. Popular opinion is that the most aggressive to use would be a stage 1 cam. most people suggested not too waste the money and just use stock cams. as far as the head goes, my basic knowledge is that high compression and FI are a no-no
would it be fine to run a larger injector in there till i getthe turbo on :
I would go with 42# if I was you but you don't have to get new injectors if your not pushing over 150 to 160 I know several on here that are still running stock inj and pushing over 150.
i got the intake mani today and also looked at my head i measured that the wholes have to go straight up 17/32 .and was looking at where the air lines go into what line goes where..the only one that stumped me was the 2 holes where that thing bolts on .in one of the whole looks like theres a port that goes some where and there has to be a certain hose there . was wonderin if any one has a pic of it installed..

lol Idle air control valve

Basically I installed my intake manifold wrong when I did you need to put a bung into the intake tract after the maf sensor into that port. Thats slanted on the top. This allows the computer to trim the idle correctly instead of using the 3 holes in the FC throttle body to regulate the idle like a carb. This is the best way to rig it up. just not exactly the easiest.

Please explain this in more detail. Why does this need to be done? I was under the impression everything hooks up just like the OEM plastic mani.
You run a vacuum hose from your intake after the MAF which means you need to put a hole in your intake tube and run to the bong right above the idle air control valve.

Wait a minute...this intake came with a bong?
