I recieved a front plate ticket while my car was parked on the street. I had gone into my gfs house to get a screwdriver to put it back on when a meter maid son of a bitch gave me a ticket even after explaining myself. I was under the impression that your car could look however you wanted it to as long as it wasnt moving, but chances are I am completley wrong. Any help? This happened in Seattle, WA and for some reason I can not get the NW thread to load on my computer. I think its down. Thanks in advance!:bow:
