Is a 255lph fuel pump too much for a 350whp focus with a turbo setup?

...either way.. it is a 255lph pump...

not sure on power handleing... i do know a few using it at around 350whp at the moment... but not too many higher then that... mainly because if they are much higher then that... they are ushually in the 500+whp range which they dont tend to use electronic pumps

^^^ Right. At 384 WHP we're getting close to the limit I think though. I thought we were done at 350 WHP, but I was able to get a bit more out of it.
What does the stock duratec pump flow? Does the svt have a returnless fuel system?I am starting duratec turbo build. GT3071R :) Hoping to be around 400whp on pump.

I've always been a skeptic on my fuel pump ever being in the recalls. I've gone in for every focus recall and I've never had one...which is weird...for a 2001...

For those that want to know.SVT Focus P/N is: 3S4Z-9H307-BC

At 341whp I was starting to loose fuel pressure but it was still able to maintain a 11.8:1 AFR.... thats the SVT pump with the BAP.

As has been discussed a million times, the svt pump is the same as the standard 03+ pump.
Maybe its the same as the 03 and 04, but from what I know the 2005 and newer pumps are different. I know we've run into some issues on the older Duratecs and fuel pressure. Swapping to the newer 2005 pump cured that, as I guessed it would based on data logs from the 2003 vs. the 2005 during dyno pulls.
