Fuel pump, very common problem and there might be a recall noted in the OASIS database. Get your VIN and call a dealership to check on it.
General Sluggishness, Right-Turn Bogging
So this is probably a re-re-re-post or something, but my 01 SE with the Zetec has developed a problem. It wants to die during right turns, even fairly gradual ones. It is also just generally sluggish lately. I'm thinking DPFE from what I've read, but maybe you guys have a better idea?
PS The fuel mileage seems to have gotten a little worse also, don't know if the problems are connected?
