My son purchaed a pair of Generation 3 tail lights from eBay. They look great EXCEPT upon installing them, he found out that the threaded part of the tail light (3 per light) was smaller than the black plastic Ford screw on fasteners. Anyone else have this problem?

He either sends them back or gets wing nuts or bolts to attach the tail lights to the car. Suggestions? Thanks in advance

They're made by APC. APC - [censored] quality, if you want some tail lights that are good quality, get some european OEM tails, or get some european aftermarket. Euro = Quality
