Gertrag Tranny Fluid?

I know the MTX-75 recommends the XT-M5-QS tranny fluid, is this the same case for the 6-spd SVT tranny? If not what is recommended?

Did you look in the SVT owner manual, I know it says what to use in it.

uh i dont have my manual, it didn't come with my car when i bought it

Getrag uses a full synthetic fluid and it's not the same as the mtx75. Steve at tousley ford can get the correct one for you and at the best price.

The change interval is 120k miles.

yup but doing a clutch+flywheel job so change is necessary

i use royal purple syncromesh.
