Its gotta be a sport bike of some sort, look at the shape in the video, looks like a back wheel and fender to me. Then look where the exhaust smoke is coming out. Its angled up and high, like a sport bike.

If it is a bike, its an ancient one. A modern sport bike revs waaay faster than that. The engine had a non-4 cylinder harmony to it IMO. It sounds like an inline 6.

 

Well its not a bike, at the end of the vidoe some one grabs the cam and it moves and you can see 4 wheels.
