Looks like you might have put black electrical tape over the centercaps. Thats my best guess

There is black out tape over the lugs.I have these lugs that take a key to get off and they were rusting on the inside.Using the tape it mostly looks like there are no lugs at all.

It's not tape on the center cap though.A bigger pic would show the silver within the black.
Got the material at Lowes.
It's wild that it fits exactly flush with the edge of the center cap lip.

Ok I'll get it over with and tell.
Since the plastic covered centers were getting yellowed I got some self adhereing floor tile and cut out some covers.
They fit perfectly flush with the outside of the cap and even if you stand right next to the car you can't tell they're not made for the wheel.Gives me the black/silver thing I'm lookin for.
May not be show car stuff but works for me.
All of $1.05 to do also.

Just me lookin for cheap mods.

Cool, iv'e been trying to think of some way to make my stock center caps black instead of silver. This looks like a good possibility.
