Can you provide us with a link to more info on the system? I've never heard of it/them.
FocusSport now sells H&R 24mm sway bars for both the front (two different positions for different effective rates) and rear (non-adjustable). That'd have to be cheaper than replacing EVERYTHING and adding 24mm bars in the process. I'm not sure what kind of a drop you want/don't want, but H&R race springs (assuming you have the sport springs) would drop it maybe 1/2" all around from the sport springs (to about 1.8" to 2" I believe) as well as being MUCH stiffer.
I don't think the Konis can be beat for the money by much other than dampening adjustable coilovers or custom shocks (which will cost a few thousand dollars).
