Headlights/Heat dims/slows when I shift?

Ok, I went on a 6 hour round trip drive yesterday, all interstate, and cruise was set at 65/66ish.

Then after I get home, and I'm driving on city roads (25/35mph) I noticed that while I'm shifting my headlights DIM, and my heat stops blowing so hard. Its in the middle of the shifts, because once I let the clutch back out, and give it has, it perks back up.

What's causing this? The car idles fine and hasn't stalled or anything.

Thanks
Matt

Check the grounds and make sure that your battery cables are tight. My car dims alot when I stop and sometimes I see a flicker while I am driving at highway speeds. The dealer has not been able to fix it eigther. I am pretty sure that it is a ground somewhere. Just have to find it.
